This headline caught my attention. It came off NewScientist.com news service. This came from a study with Catholic nuns and priests over a 12 year period. "The most conscientious and self-disciplined individuals were found to be 89% less likely to develop this form of dementia than their peers over the course of the study" It also said that previous studies suggest that exercise and intellectural stimulation can decrease the risk of Alzheimer's.
Another good reason for me to keep up my spiritual discplines as well as the challenges in the new Whole Life Program concerning food and exercise. I am always looking for encouraging facts like this to give strength to my spiritual desires.
And God is always faithful allowing me to stumble onto an article or a program on television or radio.
Have a good week!

A lot of research has shown the effects of Aluminum utensils used in cooking for the development of Alzheimer's...
Dementia and other maladies of the brain have also been found to come from a concept called "BRAIN STARVATION"...
The nutrition and the neurology of the brain is indeed a complex phenomena which has been neglected within medical science.
Understanding how to feed and nourish 600 miles of neurons AND synapses within the human brain is still a work in progress...
Thankfully, recent research has shown that there is a formula for SMART NUTRITION FOR THE MIND!!!
