I am a life time member of Weight Watchers and have gone back to classes off and on over the years to get myself back on track. I have great respect for this program. It was sitting in a weight watcher's class at our church that God spoke to me about my spiritual needs regarding this continual discouragement with weight. And that was the beginning of the vision for 3D. God knew that Christians and people with faith needed something more to motivate them to deal with these pratical issues in their lives. So 3D happened.
A member of one of our pilot groups this past fall sent me the article about the WHOLE PERSON concern of weight watchers. The big difference for us in YOUR WHOLE LIFE PROGRAM is that we take very seriously the spiritual needs of the individual and make that an intricate part of the program.
We are about to start a new year and I invite you to journey along side of me. It is the post diet era......it is the non dieting mentality ......and again God has brought forward a program to speak to that understanding. It's called YOUR WHOLE LIFE.
Weight Watchers is concerned about the whole person.
