Listening is the topic of the week

This is one of my favorite memory verses " But he would listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease without dread of evil"
It isn't hard to talk to God almost all day long with my longings and my thoughts but it takes a little more effort to listen to Him. And yet I find this to be the most rewarding part of my walk with God......................the reality that in so many ways God speaks to me. Sometimes it is a still small voice inside myself that I recognize as the voice of God,that I wasn't really expecting, other times I hear Him when I am walking and it is often an encouraging, peaceful word about who He is and what He has done already in my life, and many times I hear Him through other people. My job is to listen. And His promise is I will dwell secure and will be at ease without dread of evil.
Imagine the God of the universe will be talking to me today and to you today. What an incredible thought! How secure should that make me feel!
